Well, here's ViStart True Aero 10. The best ViStart Vista theme ever made! However, this version only contains 2 changes which are listed below.

~Changelog

Added Aero effect onto the startmenu.

Removed junk files from resources and rollover folders.

ViStart Build 2721 included

Installation notes

To install, extract all contents to a folder. Then run installme.bat. Now, run ViStart.exe. Done! However, if you have a Games error, use the settings.xml in Videos settings.xml be replacing the original settings.xml with the one in Videos settings.xml. Now, when you click on Games, it will lead to your Videos folder. But, if you have any other problems, do tell me and I will try to help you in any way I can.

Well the aero effect was very easy achievable all along, that stream.png contains all stripes which could be added with any editor, but nice work though.

Stream.png? does stream stand for something? because the file i used was named 850.png

It's STREAM\850.png I mixed it up. But this image is often refered as stream then just some number.
