Listen everyone, I know I had promised a lot of things in the past but never given anything.  I apologize for that and it won't happen again.  I will only promise things that I know CAN be accomplished.

Anyway, I guess I am back.  Due to recent... accomplishments in Longhorn Fusion, I have decided to...  Come back?

Well anyway, since I am back I may as well start planning.  Because of the advancements in LH Fusion for Windows 7, I currently have been... discussing with the famous Panda X about porting the skin to Vista WIndowBlinds (hopefully). However, I would port it to Windows Vista's msstyles if I could.  However I have several reasons for not doing so:

- You don't have to do all that uxtheme.dll crap if I port to WindowBlinds

- I have experience with Skinstudio

- I don't have the Vista msstyle editor or whatever it is.

Well, anyway.  I hope to be able to carry out this plan.  And for now, I am officially BACK.

Yeah..  I'm leaving for a little while but I probably won't come back.

I may still sign on and post a few comments.  But I'm not gonna be uploading things anymore.

Hey people.  Yeah, I just realized that SP2 is out, typical.  Anyway, I had modded a few of my files to run a Custom Vista Skin but now I tried to revert back to my old files and it didn't work.  I was planning to update to SP2 tomorrow but I was hoping that it would update my modded files properly.  Does anyone know if it'll update with no problems?

Please, this is urgent.  I don't want my PC going corrupt.

Whoo!! I have just gotten Windows 7 Build 6956, and let me tell you IT IS AWESOME!!  Some people say it's slower than Vista, but I found it much faster!  I was able to install all my drivers successfully and have encountered no problems with it so far, except for the problem where my Anti-Virus program won't install

Anyway, I am working on a Windows 7 port for WindowBlinds (XP of course).  I am planning to continually update it whenever a new build of Windows 7 is released.  So, I am starting my theme based on Build 6956, and the next build, I'll update it more.  You catching my drift here?

Progress:

I have some of the taskbar done and it's going to look like the Superbar in Windows 7.  Except, it going to look like the Superbar with small icons and no groups.  A little bit like this: balderoine.deviantart.com/art/…

I have the Window Frames totally finished and are looking pretty good.

Startmenu, well I gotta problem with this bugger.  In Windows 7, the color changes a bit.  If you use a snowy background, the Startmenu turns blue, like the taskbar a bit, but if you put it on a solid white background, it gets lighter blue and has more white in it.  I guess I'd have to improvise for this one.

I'm also working on the styler skin and making it look more realistic.

And that's about it.  I just started this afternoon.

Now that I have Windows 7 instead of Vista, I might start posting some screenshots of Windows 7 here on dA so you can all see what I am talking about the superbar in the future WB theme.
